Join this fantastic workshop to grow in your understanding, boost your confidence and develop your skills, that will bring your business the online success you know it deserves in 3 steps. With a maximum group size of 10 participants, we will spend quality time reviewing your business's strength's and weaknesses, proactively finding solutions and on the day application (so bring your laptop!) - as well as taking away new ideas to implement.
The workshop is based on teaching, training and mentoring from Doodle My Domain, whilst incorporating peer learning and networking.

Is there a minimum number of attendees for the workshop to run?
Yes - there is a minimum of 4 attendees on each course. If there are not the sufficient numbers to run the worshop, those booked in will be offered another date of their preference to choose, or a refund.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All participants must be over the age of 18.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is parking onsite, with disabled access, and fully accessible building and toilet facilities.
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your laptop/tablet with you, as we will be actively updating, researching and putting into practice what is learnt. Please bring lunch with you or visit the local fish & chips or Coop.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are issues up to 7 days prior to the event, with the deduction of a £5 admin fee to cover costs. If this time period lapses, I'm afraid no refunds are available.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes (if prior to 14 days before the event) - you can get in touch at and change the course date to another in the year.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Absolutely - if you've booked the ticket for someone else, or you can no longer attend and are sending someone else, that is not a problem - you just need to confirm this in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
